The client submits their authorisation to proceed, together with the names of the candidates they wish to validate. |

Client contacts the individual, informs them that they are carrying out a background check and directs them to the Checkmate website where the individual authorises the screening process to begin. |

The individual then accesses the Checkmate website, chooses a password and username and enters the required background information. |

As soon as we have received the individual’s details and permission to proceed, the Checkmate validation process begins. |

The Checkmate Research team immediately begin their validation and screening process. Checkmate aims to complete within 12 working days. |

Our clients are able to login to our system at any time and establish the progress of individuals being checked on their behalf. |

On completion of the screening process, the client receives a full and detailed report on each individual screened. |
